Our Martial Arts Summer Program is open to children and adults alike. No previous martial arts experience is necessary. We provide individual attention and instruction in a group structure for the students.
The purpose of the Program is to educate students on the arts of karate, jujutsu, ground fighting and self-defense and the cultures from which they came, in an active and fun environment. Training includes learning to roll and fall safely, and to work with a partner, kicks and hand techniques, forms and non contact sparring.
Our workouts include stretching, techniques, and aerobic exercise. The tenets of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control, indomitable spirit, right behavior and patience are emphasized during the Program activities.
The Guardian Self-defense Summer Program is taught by qualified, experienced, professional instructor - Jason Patterson.
Program sessions will be held July 14-18, July 21-25, July 28-August 1, and August 4-8, August 11-15. Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
